Repairing cryogenic tanks can extend and renew the life of existing vessels

Our Test & Repair Process

Our procedures insure industry standards to provide superior refurbishing, cleaning and testing.

	Inspect and test all components.
	Pressure check inner vessel.
	Check vacuum integrity.
	Helium mass spectrometer for leaks.
	Repair leaks.
	Re-Evacuation and 24 hour heat on inner vessel.
	Replace damaged plumbing, gauges valves and regulators.
	Repair damaged foot ring.

These are the normal steps we do:

	Tank received and tagged with tracking sheet.
	Each tank is helium mass inspected with Varian leak detector.
	Heating and proceed vacuum (back to manufactures specs).
	If the tank passed the vacuum specs, will have all parts set at the correct pressures.

	The tank is tested in an operating environment with Liquid Nitrogen.
