We provide factory re-grinding, sharpening and special tempering for optimum knife performance and to increase shear knives life time. We produce knives and we know what the edge should be. There is a right way to do. Shear blades have to be reground to the exact tolerances as new blades to ensure quality cuts
and high productivity.
5. Shimming
Alloy steel shims can be provided for every knife after regrinding so that the knife plus shims will always equal original knife size and new knife tolerance. Our goal is to help you lower your overall production cost by suggesting changes in knife materials and edge geometry.
